MISSION STATEMENT

Sierra Elementary is a community of students, parents, and teachers dedicated to fostering creativity, academic success, and mutual self-respect.

​WELCOME SIERRA FAMILIES

The Sierra Elementary School Parent Teacher Club (PTC) is excited about the new school year! We are a team of parent volunteers ready to make this year a successful and fun year!  Every parent/guardian and teacher is a member of the PTC, and we welcome your input.  Please attend one of the monthly PTC meetings and learn how your valuable donations of time and money are helping your children succeed as well as provide input as to where to best utilize those funds. The PTC meetings will be held online at 6pm every 2nd Wednesday of the month (except January). You can also contact the PTC by emailing [email protected].

A critical part of the PTC are the volunteers that help with events. These events raise money for purchases that benefits our children and the school such as:

• Spanish instruction (K-6)
• Assemblies
• Classroom supplies
• Technology
• Art/garden docent programs
• IB (International Baccalaureate) training for teachers
• Teacher and staff appreciation
• Library book funding
• Playground equipment

We have great events planned this year and would love additional volunteers to help make them successful and fun for all.

• Family Events
